Financing Eagle Mountain Drug & Alcohol RehabCompared to the money being spent on drugs and/or alcohol, financing for treatment will be far less expensive in the long run. Aside from being able to return to work and your life healthy and happy and substance free, there is no price that can be put on knowing you or a loved one will be receiving the best treatment possible. This is life and death. You cannot put a price on health and sanity!
Our highly trained financial staff can help you explore options including signing up for insurance on the health exchange network, or applying for loans specialized for treatment. We will need information on your income sources, including employment, and any and all insurances you may have. Let our knowledgeable staff know if your insurance has time limits or only covers apportion of in-patient so we can help you look for viable options. We encourage patients to obtain their own financing for one main reason. Research, and our experience as leaders in the industry have shown that if there is a financial requirement, the patient is more invested in getting “better” than if the program is paid for and essentially “free”. Patients who have a financial investment in treatment, seem to work harder and take things more seriously. They seem to be acutely aware of how much money is required for good, solid treatment. Those who are on a “free ride” so to speak, don’t seem as motivated or caring about the outcomes of their program. Asking for help and seeking out financial resources also accomplishes a major goal in the beginning process of recovery: Patients have to move out of their comfort zone and ask for help. Despite having burned numerous bridges with family, friends, co-workers, banks etc., patients who sincerely reach out are rarely turned down. Even “poor relations” don’t want their loved one to die from an overdose. The act of humbling themselves, approaching “hat in hand” and asking someone they may have “ripped off” in the past is actually the first small step to getting well. |

Patients also accomplish a goal of self-reliance. Often patient’s families have mortgaged homes, vehicles and sold property in order to save their loved one’s life. They may have no more to offer financially. When asked how they obtained their drugs or alcohol, other than blatantly illegal options, most patients were very creative in how they obtained funds. They can tap into that creativity again to save their life. At Eagle Mountain Drug Rehab, we have heard from numerous clients that they felt, often for the first time in a very long time, a sense of accomplishment when they took it upon themselves to find legal, creative solutions to finance their treatment.
We recognize that for some, it may just not be possible to raise some or all of the funds needed. To that end, we do have a scholarship program that may help with a partial or full scholarship. We have yet to turn anyone away.
