We offer detox services, residential drug treatment and two options for outpatient treatment, Intensive Outpatient and General Outpatient. The intake counselor will work with you and guide you so you can determine which one of our programs will be the best fit for you. The process is all about you and your needs, not our pocketbooks!
We offer expert medical evaluation, assessment, monitoring and supervision using FDA approved, and proven medications including: Suboxone and Vivitrol. Combined with a therapeutic community model, intensive and personalized groups and wrap-around case management, Eagle Mountain Drug Rehab provides the gold standard in substance use disorder treatment.
To ensure our clients are fully acclimated to our facility, we provide all new patients with an individual Orientation session to provide education on our policies, medical resources at the facility, addiction and recovery support information and general question and answers. This is provided to all new patients within the first two days of entering treatment. During the initial assessment, any mental health issues that are noted will be further evaluated medically and with a therapist to ensure that any co-occurring disorders are treated right from the beginning.
Each patient will also participate in Case Management and will have an individual counselor who will be utilizing Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs to ensure patients have basic needs met before attempting to engage in the therapeutic process. This will take place within the first week of entering into our program. Discharge planning begins immediately with your case manager so that any needs or services will be in place long before the actual discharge takes place.
We also provide Medical Management for those needing medications. Medications are used to alleviate any physical withdrawal symptoms the patient may have while detoxing off of drugs; especially opiates, benzodiazepines, and alcohol. Withdrawals from opiates, benzodiazepines, and alcohol can be particularly strong.
We have General Outpatient Treatment, or GOP which is a program allowing the patient to be engaged in treatment either during the day or at night, and return home and keep work and family commitments. GOP is recommended for those who do not need medically supervised detox., or who have been released from an inpatient setting, and completed Intensive Outpatient (IOP) or whose addictions are in the early stages.

At Eagle Mountain Drug Rehab, we also provide early intervention services in the form of an Intervention which is guided by a professional, trained and certified Interventionist and is mostly an education process resulting in a face to face meeting of family members, friends, employers, teachers or anyone else with a concern for the individual who is using drugs and alcohol before meeting with the addict.
